What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name and email address, your author or book name, the area you need help with, an optional website or book link, and your message.
How we use it
We use these details to read your inquiry, reply to you, and discuss whether and how we can help. When you submit the form, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated purposes.
Free tools
The free tools on this site, such as the Book Description Checker, run in your browser. The text you enter is not sent to us or stored.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit), and our email is hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process your information only to deliver and store the message. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting work, and then delete them when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing optivoraink@gmail.com.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
